知情權

You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable Personal Information about how we use your Personal Information and your rights. This is why we are providing you with the Personal Information in this Privacy Policy.
您有權取得關於本公司如何使用您的個人資料及您的相關權利之明確、透明且容易理解之資訊。本公司因此向您提供本隱私權政策所載資訊。

The right of access
接取使用權

You have the right to obtain access to your information (if we are processing it), and certain other information (like the Personal Information provided in this Privacy Policy).
您有權取得您的個人資料（經本公司處理者）以及特定其他資訊（如本隱私權政策所載之資訊）。

This is so you are aware and can check that we are using your Personal Information in accordance with data protection law.
此權利旨在使您知悉並確認本公司是否依據資料保護法律使用您的資訊。

The right to rectification
更正權

You are entitled to have your Personal Information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
若您的個人資料不正確或不完整，您有權要求更正。

The right to erasure
刪除權

This enables you to request the deletion or removal of your Personal Information where there is no compelling reason for us to keep using it. This is not a general right to erasure; there are exceptions.

The right to restrict processing
限制處理權

You have rights to ‘block’ or suppress further use of your Personal Information. When processing is restricted, we can still store your Personal Information, but may not use it further. We keep lists of people who have asked for further use of their Personal Information to be ‘blocked’ to make sure the restriction is respected in future.

The right to lodge a complaint
申訴權

You have the right to lodge a complaint about the way we handle or process your Personal Information with the relevant competent authorities.
您有權就本公司處理您個人資料之方式向相關主管機關提出申訴。

The right to withdraw consent
撤銷同意之權利

If you have given your consent to anything we do with your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (although if you do so, it does not mean that anything we have done with your Personal Information with your consent up to that point is unlawful). This includes the right to withdraw consent to us using your Personal Information for marketing purposes.
